Belt: measure your waist at navel height. Support: measure around the relaxed knee, elbow or wrist. Compare with the size chart above — between sizes, message us on WhatsApp. Items without sizes (shaker, bottle, towel) are one size.

How do I clean the shaker and bottle?

Warm soapy water after every use, then let it dry open so it doesn’t hold odours. Check the product description for dishwasher suitability.

How do I care for towels, supports and belts?

Towels, supports and wraps: cold wash, no bleach, air dry away from high heat. Belts: wipe with a damp cloth and air dry.
