Refund policy

We want your shopping at JUST START to be easy, so our return policy is clear and simple, and compliant with the e-commerce law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Return and exchange period

You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition: unused, with its packaging and labels, and with proof of purchase (order number).

Non-returnable products

• Dietary supplements, food and beverages if their seal has been opened.
• Products made or modified to your order.
• Socks, underwear and personal care items after opening, for health reasons.
• Digital products, cards and subscriptions after activation.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos, and we will cover the full shipping cost and send you a replacement or refund you in full.

How to return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you shipping instructions or a return label.
3. After the product reaches us and we inspect it, we will confirm your return is accepted.

Refunds

The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being accepted. The return shipping cost is on the customer unless the error was ours, and the original shipping fees are only refunded in the case of a damaged or wrong product.
