1. Definition

This store is run by the JUST START team and operates on the Shopify platform. By using or purchasing from the store, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, return policy and shipping policy published in the store.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 years of age or older, or purchase with the consent of your guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your account login details confidential.

3. Products and prices

We make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, and colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable. We have the right to modify prices or discontinue any product at any time, and the modification does not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment is completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We have the right to cancel any order in the event of a clear error in price or availability or suspected fraud, and we will refund the full amount in this case.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping partners, and the details are in the shipping policy.

6. Returns and exchanges

Subject to the return policy published in the store, the period is 7 days from receipt in accordance with the e-commerce law.

7. Supplements and sports products

The information published about supplements and sports products is for reference only and does not replace consulting a doctor or specialist, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or use medications. Always follow the usage instructions written on the product.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the store, including logos, images and texts, is owned by JUST START or licensed to it, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Using the store for any purpose contrary to regulations, attempting to hack or disrupt it, or posting offensive content in reviews or messages is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability does not exceed the value of the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from using the products contrary to their instructions.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the e-commerce law and the personal data protection law, and the judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.
